For beginners band sawing machine is used for the first time and using the band saw blade on the saw machine is very difficult. It is very simple, as long as procedures are followed.

 Operating procedures are as follows:

(1) attention is needed to avoid saw blade teeth to get incontact.

(2)Saw wheel Installation.

1) Start the saw blade

(2) Open the driven wheel

(3) The saw belt tensioning lever and passive wheel will move to the drive wheels.

(4) Loosen the left and right arm.  

(5)Check the driven wheel settings and then insert saw’s lower left and right arm positioning block, pushing saw band then taking back the upper bearing.

6 On the right slowly taut the rod, then see the belt tensioning moderation, cone wheel rotation motor then see the edge of the main driving wheel under the eaves, smoothly through the guide bar, until the two teeth clenched and rotating tensioning device will work and then the two covers can be put down.
