Problems and Solutions of Removing Saw Blade's Cooling Chip

Problem:

Saw blade burning can happen in an instant, If saw blade is on high speed then the temperature increases and the strength of the sawing plate falls and at this moment if it is not cooled then there will be a friction as well as if the temperature is higher than that of sawing plate then it will burn the saw blade.

Solutions:

A. Buy a cooling device (water-cooled or air-cooled) in order to reduce the saw blade cutting temperature, regularly check to ensure that the cooling device to run well.

B. Buy Scraper blade for the saw blade to ensure the cooling chip is good and is reducing the friction of sawing plate and cutting material.
